- On the computer that is missing the Eligibility button, go to File | Preferences | eService tab
- Click the down arrow by “Service”
- Select Real-Time Transactions
- Make sure there is a check mark in “Enable Real-time Eligibility”
- Click on the Save button in the upper right of the window.
- Click OK
- Log out of Eaglesoft and log back in.
this enables the button, to acquire full functionality of the button you will still need to reboot the server once the above is complete.
