Sending Claims with Attachments Error

When getting an error sending claims with images attached, here are the troubleshooting steps to take:

  1. Uninstall the Dexis Integrator for Dentrix and reinstall
  2. If that does not work, Uninstall Dexis and reinstall
  3. Finally, go to All Programs and in the folder for Dentrix right click on “Patient Chart”
    1. Click Properties
    2. Click on the Compatibility tab
    3. Click on the box at the bottom that says “Change settings for all users”
    4. Check the box at the bottom that says “Run as administrator”
    5. Repeat steps A-D for “Ledger” and “Dexis”
  4. You will need to un-attach any attachments already on existing claims and re-attach them once these changes have been made.
