After finding the workstation that has the application: “Trojan Communicator,” open the application and click “Download a Benefit Update Now!”
This will open a new dialogue box and it will begin downloading the needed components. After Benefit files have finished updating, you should have another dialogue box come up that will notify you that the Trojan Benefit files had been downloaded to C:\TRO\ and is requesting for you to “Process the Trojan update in your practice management system now.”
At this point, open the Trojan Update Utility and from the menu items, select Database Update, leave the default settings, and then enter the path to the downloaded Benefit files (C:\TRO\). It will now begin processing the update. After it is complete, you may now click the step #2 button from the previous dialogue box and the process is complete.
